Cocktail Hour – French Kiss
The French Kiss
- Raspberry sorbet
- Sparkling wine
- Chambord or Mathilde Cassis (or a French berry liqueur of your choice)
Place two small scoops of sorbet into the bottom of a champagne glass. Pour 1/2 ounce of berry liqueur over the sorbet and top with sparkling wine. Enjoy immediately!
