Entertaining: Apple Cider Sangria

I served this yummy Apple Cider Sangria at my birthday party last weekend and it was a hit. I use apple cider just about anytime I can this time of year and when thinking of a recipe I could create for a group I knew it had to include it. This is so easy to make and I think it would make a great cocktail for Thanksgiving! See my other recipes with apple cider here, here and here.

Apple Cider Sangria (makes 1 pitcher)

1 large bottle of Pinot Grigio

2 cups fresh apple cider

1/2 cup brandy

1 tbs sugar

1/2 apple, sliced

Apple slices, cranberries + fresh thyme to garnish

1 liter club soda

Mix together all ingredients above, stir and top with club soda. Add 1/2 of an apple sliced and a handful of cranberries and chill for 3 hours or more.
