Entertaining: Sugared Cranberries
Sugared cranberries are the best addition to holiday cocktails. They look so pretty sitting in a dish on your bar and make your drinks look festive! You can skewer them or just drop them in your drink + they are surprisingly tasty!
Soak fresh cranberries in simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water mixture) for 30 minutes. Lay out cranberries to dry and become tacky for at least 30 minutes (or longer). Put two spoonfuls of sugar on a piece of wax or parchment paper and roll cranberries in sugar to coat. Let dry completely and then freeze if desired and garnish your drinks!
