Entertaining: Spiked Cider Cocktail

I love apple cider and this weekend was the first time I spotted it at our local farmers market. In addition to a bag full of apples I also took home a quart of fresh cider! I love this spiked cider recipe I came with now that it’s still fairly warm out and in a few months I’ll enjoy this toasty warm in a mug!
Spiked Cider Cocktail
1 part dark rum
3 parts fresh, chilled cider
Splash of Goldschlager
Apple slice, cinnamon stick & cinnamon to garnish
